With "time" on constant cruise control, seeming to have lost the brakes due to some unforseen brake-line-cutting done, the only thing we've ever really had "were" memories.

Even right now, reading this - you remember the above passage. You can't experience it, or anything for that matter. Once experienced it's in the past! Frightful, isn't it!?!?

With all the nostalgia attached to individual thought patterns, you would think that remembering is "good enough." Which is true, because it's the only choice everyone has.

But... focus on the moment at hand. And that's what I made a song about!
